It must be years since the last time I have been in a tanning bed. I think I went the last time because I wanted to get a base tan before a vacation so I wouldn't burn, but since then, I haven't gone for a couple of reasons.
- I hear an advertisement played on the radio almost everyday stating, "Tanning once a month can increase your chance of skin cancer by 75%."
- It's an expense that I don't need.

I used to always save things until the last minute. I have learned my lesson with not completing projects on their given due date, but unfortunately...my brother has not. Celebrating your dog's birthday is like celebrating your own. It has to be celebrated with a doggy cake, a birthday hat and a gift or two. Hopefully you don't feed them cake and gift them gifts everyday, otherwise this wouldn't be a special day for them...it would be just like any other day. 
Living in the Northeast there is much to enjoy, especially during the summer. I'm not much of a winter person, so skiing isn't for me, but once the sun comes out, so do the boats, beach chairs and sun tan lotion!

My birthday is coming up shortly & I'm pretty easy going when asked what I want to do to celebrate. Whether it's relaxing outside to a nice dinner or going out to a restaurant...I'm not picky! 
1) Exercise is so important! Keep that body in shape by going for a nice walk! My mom loves to walk our dog everyday. It keeps both of them in shape.
